While having my dryer vent cleaned, the rep noticed a tile that had separated. I called Action Roofing, which was recommended to me. The representative, Scott was very attentive, and reviewed the pictures that I had of the loose tile. He advised he will get on the roof and inspect the entire roof. Upon completion, he advised there were cracked shingles as well as shingles that were separating. He was very thorough and showed me pictures of the roof. He then proceeded to work up a quote that I felt was extremely reasonable and decided to use Action Roofing. Scott was very professional as well as knowledgeable of the issues that happen with the kind of roof that I have.
